Not much to update since I've been so busy at work lately. Pulled the lift cylinders and some of the hydraulic hard lines. I think my next step is pulling the cab off so I can get some major components removed.

That loader is spectacular, Gavin. Is that it's "as-delivered" state?
It's as is condition currently and i believe for sale

Great work!

Now that my year is slowing down, going to get started on the 950 again. I scored some rebuilt parts last week that will help move the project along. Rebuilt bucket linkage levers, new aftermarket links, also a rebuilt lift cylinder barrel that has been in the crate for a long time. Next step is getting the cab off so I can fix the rust. Parts I'm still in search of includes better fenders, hand rails, grille and hard nose.

Awesome! Thanks for the updates. We can't wait to see the finished results. JM
Keep going, you are making great progress. Glad you are locating parts that you need. Hand rails are something you probably can fabricate if necessary. - cts
