if you look under the tag's it will be stamped in to the steel. look at the back side of the motor just below the valve cover on the block look for rivet holes if there missing. upper left hand side of on the back of the trans case above the draw bar you will find it too. but can be block if yours has a winch installed. sounds like the clutch brake pads are wore out or needing adjustment. lets get the Number nailed down first. so you can find some manuals to help you out. congrats on the in toy it's all down hill now you can't get rid of yellow fever once you got it lol 😊
I guess you know that you have to push the clutch lever forward hard and hold it how ever long it takes to slow down the clutch plates.(unless it has the oil clutch)the clutch does not slow the motor down, so it helps helps to reduce engine RPM with the throttle. How do you know the year model?
The only thing I know about the year was what the seller said but he did not know to much about the machine so I am skeptical of the year
