Okay guys, I don't have my book in front of me, so please excuse the terminology, but I noticed this shaft sticking out yesterday. 2 things..... 1. I am currently building a pad for my barn, light pushing dirt, is it ok to continue? Just keep an eye on it until I can repair? 2. I see a plate on inside, what should I expect to see wrong? Like I said, I don't have my manual here at work, so I'm not even sure the part/ shaft name..... Any help is greatly appreciated....

Looks like you've lost the two bolt retainer plate on the inside.
Probably can live with it to finish the job if you can keep it from coming out to far.

That shaft is the pivot for the triangular plate that lifts the blade. I believe it is hard mounted to the plate and sets inside that boss on the dozer frame---the other side hydraulics may lift the blade without too much twisting but keep a good eye on it and call for the real GRUBER!!

The 2 bolt plate on the inside is still attached.... I didn't pull it off last night as it got dark on me. I'll probably have to wait until this weekend.... Should have all the dirt hauled in and semi smooth by then, or at leats enough to finish with the box blade.... I'll take a look and see what might have broke inside there then.... Sure appreciate it guys!
