hello,  I have a 1952 D4 Dozer. I removed the govenor then reinstalled the govenor and find I cannot connect the linkage from the teminal lever assembly to the link to the fuel rack.  do I need to just manhandle this link backwards or am I missing something?

Thanks
Rich

So I bit the bullet and took the side of the injection pump off. the fuel reck just needed some wiggling. But it made for a good opportunity to make another gasket. this cover looks like its been off a few times. lots of extra silicone and dirt inside the lifter gally. So it was definately worthy of the time
