I have a 1950's Cat 955c (without pony motor) in remarkably good shape. What are suggestions for the best way to list it for sale? Thank You

Location, Serial Number, Hours, Photo's- good shots of the Engine Serial Tag, Tag on the left upper Rear of Rear end Housing, shots of the idler, sprocket, rollers, rails including good close pics of the bushings (other than the ends, the pins are enclosed in the bushings). These will get you started. Of course, your asking price. --- cts

Price -- that is a difficult proposition - what someone is willing to pay for it and also how much demand there is for the machine. How quickly you need to "move" it plays a part too. Do your research. Good Luck. -- cts

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
