I'm curious to know who sold you a conversion starter and template with no center location? Is the 8U dry clutch or an oil clutch conversion?

I purchased the starter from C C Battery Co. out of Corpus Cristi, TX, they were within driving distance. I talked to the rep before i made the trip, he assured he had a template. This is what he gave me, no idea how to find the center. Thank you for your time.

That is the engine oil filler and breather.
