Has anybody done any fixing on one of these of late. and if so are the parts still ready available? Asking for a friend.

Truck engines are not my thing but my literature shows it to be a 1673C (4-3/4" bore) either an Industrial engine (69D1-up, 76R1-76R370) or 3306 (76R371-76R1294, 76R2779-up Turbo Only)
so yes I would say parts are available.
