Apply 12 volts to the 24 volt plugs and you will get 1/4 of the heat output, but they will still heat as long as you don't have any 24 volt relays etc. They won't work.
D2-5J's, D6-9U's, D318 and D333 power units, 12E-99E grader, 922B & 944A wheel loaders, D330C generator set, DW20 water tanker and a bunch of Jersey cows to take care of in my spare time😄

Do you know if they fit/replace the 3H2033 glow plugs in the 1S1907 pre-com chambers?

My D311H gen set engine (51😎 was offered as both 12V and 24V starting.

For 12V starting, glow plugs 9M6055 (early) and 4S7812 (late) were used.
For 24V starting, glow plugs 9M5708 (early) and 4S7824 (late) were used.
They all use chamber assembly 2M8590.

I believe these glow plugs are different dimensions than 3H2033.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
