Is it possible to adjust clutch on a 112E?

It's been slowly getting worse but until grader is warm, the transmission cannot be shifted. Even then, pedal must be depressed to very bottom for clutch to operate. I tried adjusting the pedal linkage itself but only gained one turn. Removed clutch access panel but not sure how to proceed or if those are adjustment bolts I see.

Any help appreciated...

Yes it can be adjusted. It is an oil type clutch. I don't have specifics on the 112E model but most are adjusted the same. This is how it is done on the #12 99E. I'm pretty certain yours is the same procedure.

An 1/8 drill bit works very well for measuring the gap when setting them. Go around the circle twice.

First, thanks for your responses.

Turns out cotter pins on 2 of the adjusters had sheared off. Adjusters has backed out.

I did find this link which is from an Army Technical Manual that other may fine useful. Looks to be a service manual. Also, attached photo...

FLYWHEEL CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT

1-Release bearing thrust ring.
2-Adjusting nut.

T2II67

Remove the inspection cover on the left side of the clutch compartment
and adjust the clutch as follows:

1. Remove the cotter pins from adjusting nuts and screws.

2. Turn each adjusting nut (2) clockwise until the release lever touches
the release bearing thrust ring (1).

3. Turn the adjusting nut two thirds of a turn counterclockwise. This
will give the necessary Vs inch clearance between the release lever
and release bearing thrust ring.

Manuals are probably tough to find for that model 112E 91G (US).
Looks like they only made 771 units between 1964 & 1969.

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
