I have a 4600 with a 1nxxxx serial number or tractor #. Was wondering what it came out of.

What configuration? Going to either an industrial engine, marine or gen set. I don't seem to have info on it by I'm sure I've run on to that designation before.

It has a acc drive with a compressor on top

That rang a bell. DW-10, 1Nxxxx series. Uses the D468 engine, the automotive version of the D4600 with air boosted brakes. 1941-1946.

OM mine just has a clutch and 4bolt output flange I'm thinking dw10
