7H1317 is the assembly part number for 19A548-1170
I suppose a 5H7646 ore 4M6699 would work but there are differences.

Hi OM I don’t see much info about the D9 19A1168 is the serial number showing that it does have the fuel cooling torque converter or is it direct drive?

That arrangement is a fuel cooled torque converter drive with manual clutch and transmission.
The torque converter and clutch is actually a "Twin Disc" manufactured unit.
Sort of the for runner to the powershift transmission.

Okay I thought I read somewhere that talked about removing the torque converter and making it direct drive is that possible?

The 18A tractor is a direct drive tractor so you find one and get every thing from the u-joint down to the flywheel.
