Searching for a G4600 gas engine. They were in the gas version of the early No 12 graders. Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Bruce P.

This sounds like the start of another project? We're all ears! : ) I'm a huge fan of big gas engines (like biggastractor) so will be following closely

Hi Neil. I’m fixing to build an R6. I’ve got a real nice early 4R to use as my chassis.

Nice! I think the hardest part on one of those is finding an exhaust manifold in good shape is it? I look forward to hearing that pulling your plow : )

Yeah I suppose manifolds are going to be a mess no matter what by now. That one Tom had, it had real nice manifolds. I’ve built manifolds before, I guess I can do it again.
I wonder what ever happened to the one Dandy Dave had?

Bruce, you could try Jeff Huff over this way in Honeoye NY. He has a ton of old junk in his yard and could well have one of these. I don't know if he sells his stuff though, outside of the museum auction he had a couple of years ago.
Cheers,

Here you go Bruce. Jeff has a phone permanently attached to his ear so don't be surprised if it takes a bit to get hold of him : )

D4Angelo and I took a good walk around his boneyard to look at all the treasure and poor old Angelo's eyeballs were spinning after an hour or so
