Hi,

I have pulled the cover on my d2 pilot motor clutch to find one of the levers are broken that operates the clutch. having a look it is a hardened steel, so I need to find a new one as a piece of the lever (dog) is missing.

In the parts book it is called a Dog & the part number is 2 A 3616.

The clutch lever is a straight lever type

Can any body help me to find one to repair my pilot motor clutch.

Any information would be helpful.

The photo you show looks correct as one of the levers is broken on mine.

The number 2a3616 is the cluch disc and the dog parts number 2a4089

In my parts book it showed that number 2A 3616, I looked in a later d2 & D4 (Bent handle lever) & it showed 2A 4089 so you are correct.
