I hate to say, but those are not Best rails. They are Caterpillar. "C T CO." stands for Caterpillar Tractor Company. It is a nice looking tractor though! Caterpillarman

I thought those were BEST replacement rails, they don't share the same shape or look of the cat 60 rails while they are identical to best rails.....

Matt:
They are Best replacement rails manufactured by the Caterpillar Tractor Company. Absolutely nothing wrong with having those rails on the 60 as they are a genuine replacement part made by the successor company to Best.

By rights, the area where CT CO is cast/lettered is a flat area between the pins, on later CAT rails on the 30s & 60s the flat area will have a flange on back of the flat center section . Please correct me if I'm wrong , it would be so simple to explain if I hah the ETCH A SKetch feature on my I pad

Whats different between Cat and Best rails besides the name and the keeper pin through the pin boss? The early Cat rails still had the keeper pins like the Best rails. I know the later Cat rails are thicker and built more heavy duty and they did away with the keeper pins. Caterpillarman

That's correct. Best and early cat rails are thin and almost frail looking, even when new or in really nice condition. This holds true for the 30 as well. Here are somentitled pictures. Hopefully they help.
Captions by order for pics.
Early CT co 60 rails 1192A casting number. Simple rectangular center bar.
Later Cat 60 rails. 1192A casting number. Angular "L" shapedro center bar.
Early CT co 30 rails. Simple rectangular center bar.
Later Cat 30 rails. Straight "L" shaped center bar.
I wasn't able to read casting numbers on the 30 rails, but I would bet that they matched too.
