Not sure if that's true? 9am USA east coast equals 11 pm australia--about a 14 hr difference---so i don't think your new day started yet.
The world really needs to move that International dateline!!! 😆😆

It was Harmless fun .
Now do the same rules of the forum apply to every one ,.Byron said it and was banned . Glen leaves two letters out ,but it obvious what it means , BUt apparently this is quiet alright .

Hey Oil Slick,

You hit a soft spot. Ya know, I used to call my father "Pop" all the time. When I had my kids, I was looking forward to being called Pops. Well my first wife's Dad stepped up and grabbed the Pop name, I got left out. So Oil Slick, I want you to know that when I read your post, I was ROFL my ass off. Ian, you make a good point. I know Glen and Mike are friends. Many suggest that the ACMOC forum is too strict or not enough fun. It should be noticed also that we strive to keep this forum "family friendly." While Mike and Glen have recently engaged in friendly repartee, they are edging closer to the line that some of us may consider sophomoric humor. Leaving a few letters out still allows the essence to survive and most of the younger viewers are not so dumb that they can't figure it out. I like the fact that the forum is loosening up a little, but it should be done with a mind towards our younger participants.

I would ask that all users please review (and edit) what they are posting and think to this point; We know we are all capable of camaraderie and the use of some select terms cements that bond with a coarse exchange. BUT, to some it may be offensive.

I do act like a child from time to time ...
don't want to become a grumpy, grouchy, old prude at 63 ! ! !

I have been thinking of doing this type of thread for a long time, which I have done similiar threads on other websites, and April First was as right as any other day to pick.

Don't know if this video is 100% true or not ... but it might be.

You know Ianoz,

I notice a lot of people down under talk about cents, some make sense, some don't. Ianoz states in a lot of differant posts, about a penny dropping. Ianoz asks if the penney has dropped on ones head. I read once when Ianoz asked Deas if a penny hit him in the head. Others, like Deas, offer cents, like just my .02, and the post, always make sense. Seems a while back, I was defending, when a previous member was attacking Ianoz, but know it feels like Ianoz is attacking, this doesn't make sense. I also read a post by Ianoz that stated he only posts, when he can add something positive to the board. Sometimes people don't always do what they say. Just wonder if the cents that one is always talking about, possible landed on ones head, knocking the sense out of them, just my two cents, or .02. Out of the thousands of members, only one posted an April Fools post. My opinion, it was childish. I do under stand that sometimes a reasonable person should stand up and defend a child, as the children sometimes need help, like Bumpus. I don't hold that value agaisnt Ianoz. Although I didn't see Ianoz help when Bumpus posted negative icons about the author of a previous thread. One would understand though, that the author is not a child, and frankly didn't need the help, he can stand up for himself. From what I can see, I have offended Ianoz in some way, so, if I have done something to offend you, PM me and we can take care of it. My post above, has meaning to me, to ban the childness, not the person. I felt the post simply wasted readers time going back and forth between posts. Just my opinion, not my belly button as others would say. Just my .02, I hope it made sense, I don't want anyone to think that some cents hit me on the head, like a penny.-glen
