Hi all, I have d6b 44a and wonder how far the master cluch lever should travel from just starting grab to snapping in. my jensales operators manual dose not have that information and I may have to turn the adjusting ring in a little Thanks,

hello Today,123abAB,the free movement measurement from the centre of the lever to the front edge of the batterry box is 2.50'' -3.50'' ,bruce oz

There is no spec for the clutch lever travel.....it's whatever it takes to get good snap over engagement with the clutch adjustment. Snap over force should be about 55 lbs pull measured at the base of the handle. Don't forget to follow up with transmission brake adjustment when adjusting the main clutch.

hello 123abAB , the above info is from the D6 44A service manual ,if you need the ajustment pages i can copy them for you ,as OM says the clutch brake is another ajustment , bruce oz
