In the late 60's, I worked with a Cat motor grader referred to as a model "10". It had a 4-cyl diesel engine, 10' moldboard, and tandem rear wheels. Operators called it a "kitty' because it was too small to be a Cat. I thought it was probably a 1950's vintage. I am wondering - was "10" the correct model, and is there any info on them?

The Model 112 is a smaller 12 with the 4 cyl diesel.

The "10" designation went away in 1940.
Then came the "12"
Shrink it some and you had the 112 (D4 engine)
Shrink it again and you had the 212 (D2 engine)

All 40's and 50's models.
