5M4086 is an old obsolete injection nozzle (capsule) that is/was part of the 8M1584 valve service group.
It is replaced by a 2S4442 capsule as part of the 3S6638 valve service group.
The 19H-up & 86J-up use the same 9M2745 water temp gauge.
It's a waste of time to go shopping without machine model and s/n.

Thank you for answer Old Magnet,
I absolutely understand you, but I have only this information 😞
Today I get information that cylinder block number have this data 6A6397V -VO- FAPS MENRKR and on engine number 6A5546, can it help to detect machine s\n ? We also know that this machine is 1983 year build,951c and have a rear crane.
I make some photos of part (nozzle) which I need:

I need all this unit. capsule, nozzle and something (dirty part) which screwed into the capsule. Is it 8M1584 or it only capsule + nozzle? In Russia this all element named as nozzle![]()
Engine arrangement 6A5546 is for a 3304 engine model 48V1-48V1039
used in a 951C model 69H2520 - 69H3508 (1973-1974).
Your looking for the 2S4442 replacement nozzle as mentioned in above post. The 8S2389 body stays the same.
Here is the parts breakdown:

Thank you very much !👍
I don't have a parts book for the 69H. The 86J models came before the 69H and the 19H model after so I would assume they used the same temperature guage for the 69H.
Where in Russia are you located?

Today I get on my e-mail some photos of this machine. So, it is in average condition and need repair. Hope owner will bring it in good condition.
P.S. I watched a lot of pictures CATs 951c and at all different cabs. Is this cab custom or not?

Old Magnet,
Are you shure about 3S6638?
Here is your quote:
The 2S4442 nozzle, part of the 3S6638 group, is a 180 deg. counterbore nozzle. correct for NA engines.
The turbo'd engines use the 90 deg. counterbored nozzle #5M4086 part of the 8M1584 group.
The 977 uses a 5H2634 governor group and 5F1940 spring. Rack setting range is from 0.225, 0.205 and 0.150 in. depending on whether it uses the 9 inch fan pulley or cam shaped pistons.
But in this engine were 5M4086 capsules, and it is not turbo ?:noidea:
That's not my quote.....but they may be using the same source of information.
The 2S4442 capsules are what I run in N.A. D6 & D4 . This is correct for N/A engines even though the 5M4086 was used in the early 48V engines??? (non-turbo)
Also would advise that you change them all, not just one.
Does appear that the old 8M1584 v.s.g/5M4086 nozzle is still available if you want to stay original.
Yeah, thank you. I am searching for 4 units 😊
I read this article, and your reply. But I dont understand :help:
Is it not bad for engine to change one nozzles to nozzles with another deg level ?
I have possible to buy 8M1584. I should buy them or 3S6638 (180deg)? (or they are the same?) HELP please :help:
P.S. what does it mean Fi "usual FI supply source"? (Finland?)
