Need help with Stromburg M4 Carb

I hope someone can help with a Stromberg M4 Carb for my best engine.
I have it all cleaned up but I wanted to know what the factory settings should be for the fuel and air mix. adj. screws

Well I have tried running the machine.
I am having problems getting it to run smoothly.
Not sure which way to adj. the fuel and air mix, now My arm is about to give out from cranking every few min.
I have attached some pics of the carb.

Is that a 2-Ton fuel filter that I see on that Stromburg? Sorry I can not help with the adjustments.
