Unfortunately most of that kind of stuff is being sold by the pound to the recyclers. You may want to touch base with the closest reputable recycler in your area. They have a network in place to try to curtail stolen metal items getting scrapped.

Was this stuff taken off of tractors or were the parts already removed? I will keep an eye out.

Keep a eye out of Craigs list,e bay and other tractor mesage boards, if they just stole parts of value they had knowledge of old cats, only Scum of the earth would do something like that

A friend of mine had his GPS stolen out of his car, 2 days later he found one on Craigs list, made arangements to meet the seller at a local gas station., he went with a friend who sat in the car and waited for a signal to call the police, the seller opened the trunk of his car and had a box full of cell phones and gps, my friend found one like his, pushed the home button and his place came up, the seller was arested. Crooks r not to swift.

The officer told my Friend never put in your home address, its common for the thief to break into a high $ car at the begining of football games, hit the home button and go clean the owner out while there busy at the game.

I hope you find the thief and deal with him properly

Recently had one of my warehouses broken into and they cleaned out the place. They took parts for D7 3T dozers, Wabco 111A scrapers, and 40's to 60's chevy truck parts. Everything that weighed less than 250 lbs is gone. Track rollers, cranks, heads, tranmission gears, etc, all no doubt went to some scrap yard.

The bad part of this is a neighbor called the police on them and they did nothing. This is how I found out who did it. I can't get my parts back, but it will cost this guy more than he made off me. For some reason things keep happening to his autos, the mystery baffles me.

Haven't had the right opportunity to do corrective surgey to his ugly face just yet, but I will. Witnesses are just too much trouble, have to fire up the backhoe.

If the valve cores mysteriously "loosen up" in his tire valves, that's not considered "Malicious Destruction of Property".๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I had some fun two wednesdays ago. with 3 young kids that had been sick I woke to hear my car coming home at 4 am. Feelig guilty that my wife had not been able to wake me I dived out of bed to help her unload the kids as we live 35kms out of town.

Umm I open the door and there's my neighbour's grandson sitting there, needless to say we had a chat , He spoke about his younger brother being in an accident which I gave him the benefit of doubt and sent him on his way ,,, fast forward charged with theft, trespass, unlawful use as his brother was fine home asleep

I resisted knocking his block off as he looked pathetic and I chose to believe him and as I weigh a good 30 kgs heavier.
With the benefit of hindsight would do things differently as I now wake at the slightest sound as the offender is out on bail, thumbing His nose at the law and me not knowing whether that so and so is lurking around is a terrible feeling , My wife is fearful . Against legal advice I may have another chat

The risk is, that the offender has more protection than I have
