I am doing some work on my 2u D8 and need rebuild measurements on the undercarriage 8 inch pitch.

Hi Magnet
I am going to weld build up what is needed on rails rollers and sprockets.The rail links are 1s8841 dry 8 inch pitch. the rollers are 8h5373 assem. I was going to use 7018 build up and wearshield mm or abr. I need new rail hight and roller diameter.

Make sure your comfortable , 12 hours per roller , 3-4 days per rail . Tim

Rail height new (highest they had) is 4.97 in.
Attached are roller rebuild specs and sprocket profile....both courtesy of edb.
You must be figuiring on having a lot of time on your hands.....

7018= kinda slow- I used lincoln la90 wire w/ co2- bout 2hr/ roller - overbuilt - then to lathe-to make like new- no hard sf- [wire work hardens on sfc] seems to work quite well
