Here is an update on the upcoming show in NC.
5th Annual 100+ Years of Progress Show
on Nov. 5-7 2010
Location: 644 Niagara-Carthage Road
Carthaige, NC. 28327
Admission $ 5.00, 6yrs and under free

Chapter 12 will be there on display and having working demostrations throught out the weekend.
If you have never been to see Ken and Patti's collection you are in for a treat.
They have collected more than 600+ machines of every make and model possible.
Their collection grows daliy and there is always something new to see.

Erik,I was thinking of maybe coming down for your show.If I was to come down I95 where would I get to get to the show,and how long did it take you to get up to my place when you picked up the grader?Thanks hope to see you.Mike

You guys have any information on hotel and or lodging near by? We'd love to come but need to find a hotel near the show because of our 6 month old daughter. Otherwise we'd camp out on a CAT.👍

Yes the collection is open, ken has just added another 50x150 building that is already full.
He adds to his collection weekly and all of the collection will be open for viewing with about 20-30 pc. operating not counting the 15-20 pc. that Chapter 12 is bringing. if you like hit and miss engines he has just accuried 150 more.

to put it in short, there is not another collection in the USA like this, most collections focus on certian types of machines or engines well ken's focus is on everything that is unique and old, from steam engines to pedal tractors and everything in between.

I hope all can come because it is a great show.
