No, I don't think anything like that is possible.
Most likely the clutch pack is swollen with rust between the plates and the pack is now as wide or wider than it would have been when released by the linkage when it wasn't full of rust.
You can attempt to adjust the clutches to take out all the free travel so you can get some slack in the pack when you pull the lever back, but the clutch will most likely still be stuck and remain stuck until you load it with a heavy load while holding the levers back.
Also possible that the release bearing has failed so that the yoke doesn't pull on the inner drum any longer.
