hello 1939dozer , 59C320 shows as a DW15C engine, 1955-57 ,bruce oz
I just can,t remember as they weren,t popular here in my area like the DW21s were but if I can remember right I think they had a D326 engine in them, so correct me if I,m wrong. My book I have doesn,t list the particular engine they used in them.
Definitely not your "built for price" type of generator set if it's really a 50 kW generator end on it!๐
Maybe it's governed at 1200 rpm instead of 1800. Any tags on the generator end or skid? Some have a number stamped in the steel between the engine and the generator control box, near a hole for a lifting bolt.
Got any pictures?
It does look like a D318 which fits with the 50kW a little better than a D326.
I still don't know how that serial number fits in with this all.
