Your nice list shows D2 7078SP as belonging to Wilson Reynolds of Pylesville, MD. I don't see how this can be, as 7078SP is itting in my garage with the correct data plate and block stamping. What is going on here?

ChrisCo,

I know mike durkin has been working on lists for sometime now- Perhaps the two of you should join Forces and combine your lists?

Thanks for your input. The information gathered was correct from the time it was printed, that is why we ask for your input on additions and corrections. Mike and others are working to compile a list of all tractors, but i posted the information that i have gathered up to this point. We will join forces and have the information posted throught ACMOC but the details have not been set as of yet. The reason i went ahead and posted the numbers was to encourage others to add info. The list is not to make any one mad or upset but to provide locations and specifications about the machines which we all know and love. I know machines are bought and sold ever day and it will be very hard to keep up with everything but this is just the start of it. If the majority of Caterpillar lovers do not want this informatioin i will be glad to remove it and keep it to myself, and the others working on this can do the same if they want to. I find it very intreasting to see the different locations and spec. of machines all around the world. If you see your machine listed and do not want it posted please infom me and i will remove it.

Lee,
I have no idea if they are both the same Model,
I got the info on the 5J 7078 SP Wilson Renyolds from Pylesville MD. from the 2004 Rough and tumble rosster
Old Parker may have purchased it from him or someone else, that is if his is the same Model.

Byron,
Yes i do believe we all need to work together to have the most up-to-date info possible.

Thanks Josh, i will get the machines added very soon

I purchased D2 7078SP from a man in Williamson,NY. It had been sitting there for several years. Maybe there has been a mistake in reading the serial number on someone's report, but the number I am reporting is correct and can be substantiated. I sure would like to know where that other number came from.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
