Jason, you may have had more fun with the old loader but I bet the IT was a whole warmer to run.I can remember running a Cat D6 in a snow storm and like to froze my you know what off.Mike
Mike didn,t you or some of your men used to come into Cleveland Bros. Cat dealer here in Wilkes Barre Pa.I remember Durkins doing jobs up in this area years ago.I worked for Cleveland from 1956 till I retired the end of 1991 and ran the engine rebuilding and testing dept. They bought out Beckwith Machinery in the western part of Pa. and a store or two in Maryland and W. Va.so they have about 28 branches now. I know that Ransome has the territory around Philly. yet. They used to bring rebuilt engines for me to dyno. test years ago till they got their own dyno.
