As the restoration continues… My steering lever handles were badly cracked and weathered. I decided to make a new set out of PVC. These are 1-1/4” in diameter instead of 1” diameter as standard – so they feel better in my hand. Not to mention I got a little bored and need something to do tonight.

Look nice Bill, did you turn them on a manual or CNC lathe? Great when you can make it better than the original.

Bill, you did a nice job on the handles and as this one radio guy used to say on the local 590 AM radio station musical group, your as handy as a hot water bottle. The group called themselves "The Sensational Seven" and held all day get togethers at parks or wherever for listeners each year. They played good old music not the junk you hear today. One of the guy,s living yet has an hour Ball Room Dance Group every Sat. night yet on one of our local TV stations here.

Nice handles Bill and I would imagine cheaper to make than the ones I just purchased from cat at 16 or 17 dollars a piece. Jason
