OM, the dirt & ice grouser you pictured with the fin on at right angles to the main grouser are like the ones we made up at the shop but just welded the fin to the original stock grouser.They did a good job to prevent side ways sliding on snowy or icy slopes.

Thanks for all the replie's. I will loosen tracks and clean more often. Sure makes one nervis when the tracks tighten and then bang. This does happen in the afternoon when temps. start to warm up. I will try to do most plowing in the early hrs. How hard is it to install a new fan belt on the pony? Looks like you have to take off the dash,air cleaner ect. Thanks again for the help.
