If the tractor did not have one with it when you got it, you can make one from a 7/8 or one inch bolt. Weld a nut to the nut the other end of the bolt and use a standard rachet socket set up. Stick the bolt head up into the inverted hex shape to size it properly. You will need one of these for the hydraulic booster pump plug, plus your final drive fill plugs use a simlar configuration.
The plug is an inverted hex shape, you could also get one from your local cat dealer that fits a standard 1/2" drive ratchet, and has two sizes on it. 😊 Good luck, its a big plug so have an appropraite sized bucket for the oil when it comes out.
Woody , you can also make one or two using an old broken socket.

Even working for the dealer and them having one in the tool crib I made mine out a bolt and nut welded to it so I didn,t have to keep running to the crib for it.With the plug being molded sometimes the bolt head wouldn,t go in the hex hole right so just a little grinding on the edges of the head lets it slip in all of the plug holes good.
