Your 10 is a 1931, as for color it changed from grey to yellow Dec 7, 1931 , they only made 144 10s in 1931 and yours is 29th from last made in 1931 so it is close to time of change coulld be either. The best thing to do is pull off some sheetmetal or fueltank under the hood and look at hard to get to places for some of the orig. paint.
