Hello Sprocket, I think NEIL D is bidding for a model scraper on ebay.I liked the Mustang 220 only worked on one.it had a frozen engine, but only pushed the core plugs out but did not knacker the block.Soon got it going.
Just got a 580c,only snag, its a model.
Sprocket,I am home till next Thursday night. My root fork will be a Finning soon.

Hey Sprocket,I detect the hands of tc in your little post exerting an evil influence!!!!
By the way I would leave the T34 back where you got it cos the local council ain't going to be too happy with you lobbing shells at the planning department. Try the subtle approach and win them over gently. LOL

Hello guys, Firstly AJ the 955F was almost identical to a 951A and manual trans.
Second.. A couple of weeks ago I was talking to two very happy Irishmen, late arrivals to the branscombe bay container ship disaster site, Michael managed to bag five deckchairs whilst paddy proudly loaded 20 bags of sand into his pick up !! Regards Gordon.

Hi Gordon, Nice to see you back on the board, your'e right, ther were alot of similarities between the 955F and 951, same hydraulics, same engine, same final drives, until you tried to take it apart, the 955F engine, gearbox and back-end were one lump, the 951 engine was mounted to the loader frame with a prop shaft from clutch to transmission, which could be taken out as a complete unit wher ethe 955F was built into the back-end. The 951 was a whole lot easier to work on.

Aj,
Firstly i would like to point out that i was not being picky just informative and that i respect your knowledge of all things plant. I have reread this whole thread and have now realised you were replying to the guys who thought the 951 looked like the 955H. Having had the image of the F machine in my head and the mention of 955F by one of the other chaps i thought maybe you were also talking about the F too. I remembered that the front grille was a different shape but not that the bonnet was not sloping. When shown side by side the difference is obvious however the H series was vastly different. Catsilver hope you are well, finnings trying to sell me system one undercarriage, any comments ? regards to you all, Gordon.
