For those of you blessed with the handy serial number literature; can you tell the year of manufacture of my No. 33 pull grader S/H 7A867?

The Cat SNID book only has the start up years of production that I have and it says they came out in 1931 so as low a SN as yours is probably in the early to middle 30s.
