I had a late model 7J with a blade similar to that one but it angled. Never did know who made the blade. I still have a 7J but put a tool bar blade on it from a 7U model--works fine. Hows yours start and run?

Hello Tony
Picked this dozer up for a good price, could have sold it on for double what I payed for it.It needs a bit of TLC which I will give it.Got a few months to sort it out.The old girl is not bad for its age.Hope to see you at a Cat do soon.
Take care
Martyn
Bob, the diesel is a first class runner, will give the pony a overhaul.Already sent the mag of for servicing.
Thinking of painting it military colours, there is green paint under the yellow.I have a lot of yellow machines.

Found this photo of one being used in WW2. We must not forget what happened to these people.
And at this time of year, remember our brave armed forces in all conflicts.

Martyn its a bit hard for me to forget this month, as my Father Died on November 11th at exactly 11 am, He served in the RAF through-out the 2nd WW with Bombers and suffering 35% burns to his body, I have a photo of him driving a CAT D4 pulling a long line of Bomb trailers heading to load up the Deadly cargo in the near-by parked row of Aircraft, its a big reminder to all the loss of life caused by conflict.

Hello Tony
My dad died in December 4th 2003,he served in the army and was one of the D day landing force in Normandy. He was a transport driver. He was very proud to march through our town on rememberance day.He never said much about the war days till later in life.My father in law was in 1st SAS.He lived to a good age.More than can be said for his buddies.
Like you we find it hard this time of year. But we have great memories of them. That keeps us going.
Take care mate, hope to see you soon.
Cheers
Martyn
