 Also we‘re very sorry to announce that our treasurer, Sue, is stepping down from her role for personal reasons so if you have mailed in a check it will be some time before it can be returned. Please accept our apologies for this. When we decided as a Board to make the decision not to accept checks for renewals we neglected to stop sending out renewal envelopes which added to the confusion regarding this matter. As the Club is now exclusively run by volunteers we hope you‘ll forgive these mistakes, there’s been a steep learning curve for all concerned!

No problem, we don’t store your card details, that’s done by the payment software company who have worldwide security credentials but if you don’t want to auto renew just email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we can cancel the auto renewal. The system is set up to email a reminder 3 days before the end of subs in that case. Hope this helps!  A lot of guys like the auto renewal as it’s one less thing to remember in a busy world.
