Hey all, I want to pick the brains of people more knowledgeable....

I got a good deal on a Cat 933 a few years ago, and its now time to tinker with it, it was a no start when I bought it.  nothing is seized up or anything. unfortunately I put a rope on the pully to test for compression and it just spins, I dont feel an compression stroke on the poney. My big question is I have heard of these 24 V starter kits you can swap the poney out with, does anyone have a link or know a part number for the kits please?   Around me there are no real parts Ive found for these poney motors, Im not worried abut them starting up in the cold and what not either.
