Looks like a blade frame hooked up to a loader lift frame. Did you check out the starter for the pony on the left fender!! John D

The Starter Installation looks like that on the 5T I purchased last summer. That starter is sure beats climbing over the Fuel Tank ( Left side ) or the Hydralics ( right side) to wind the rope.
The JD lawn mower Starter - Generator is permnamently belted to the rope pulley but does does not have a permnament battery.
With the long battery cables I use , it is best to roll the pony through compression before applying battery power.
