Tractor Don posted a 3J electric start like that a while back. About 25 years ago I came across an original owner one that was used in an apricot and cherry orchard in what is now the Silicon Valley.

I am sending a 5J to our "Summer 2024" auction this morning. 5J9489, which makes it one of the last J series built early 1947 prior to the introduction of the U series.
It is a top seat, used in an apple orchard prior to landing here. Bid on a good runner for future fun! Pics to follow. JM

Luis Burch had two of those he was in Yucaipa at the time . Several years ago they were at a Tulare .

Juiceman, what is this "Secretive Summer Auction"? I have not heard of it before. You sent a Cat to be sold. Did you attend and buy more? I think that you need more tailseat Cats to add to your litter.
