Ask Skinner aka Jon-Mark, I believe he showed me a re-pop on a machine. JM

I looked into having some duckbills cast a few years ago the casting company told me it would be a $20 part but it was $5000 to make the pattern box! I didn’t go any farther Skinner

I would’ve left it there as well for 5000 dollars for a pre cleaner.

I signed up for the cat cave site and I’m waiting to get accepted. Not sure exactly how the store works or how to get there though. I saw the post about repro rad caps and then another about decals. Hopefully the process goes quick to get access to the store.

Skinner. L2320. was the Duckbill used on the Cat Twenty, Looking at the Part No. Was this originally Cast in Iron or Aluminium Alloy ?. If you can send over a Blue Print I can Make them. A nice simple part to make patterns and core boxes for. I have already made a sketch of the core boxes and prints on the pattern to cast in guessing slots on the underneath. Only needs the Inlet Bore machining and boss with a Tapped hole. Not like casting up Inlet manifolds Double Jacketed with Tight Tolerances all over.

SoCalcatMan. I have cat 30 rad caps. Available complete to original blue print spec. or available for yourself to machine the thread oversize if so required. I received your P.M. and returned you a P.M.
