Hi river city, is there any 60's left in the USA with the atlas motor ,I have some great pic's of very early CAT diesels that I will post very soon , some of these tractors are parked up and never see day light,

Hi TC, I have not heard of any others here in the US.
Red River lumber company had some too. I don't have my book where I can get to it, but when I do I will look up the time frame that they had them. I think they had them as a new machine in the late 1920's or early 1930's.
I can see that the one over there is restored in great shape but if you ever need parts(if anything interchanges) there is a fellow in the Seattle Washington area that has parts to help keep those old work horses going. There still are quite a few Atlas engines in boats being used! Cheers- Michael
