D6 9U - Hydraulic cylinder bushings?

Anyone got a source for the swivel bushings on the hydraulic blade lift cylinders for a D6 9U?

Mine are beyond shot.  OD is 3.750, ID is 1.750, original width is probably around 2".  I can find steel bushings, but for that ID, the OD is much smaller, only 2.8125.  I could machine spacers and whatnot, but thought I'd inquire here first.

Can you tell me which manual in the library that diagram came from? I thought I had sorted out the ones for my machine, but I didn't see it in any of the four I've become accustomed to.

You can see it written on the top of the page (right hand side as posted). It is the parts book for No. 6A and No. 6S Bulldozer.
