New clutch has been installed and I was able to play with it today,
disking about 10 acres. Juiceman isn't the only guy around here that gets to have some fun.

Good job. Get out there and shine up the pads as well as those blades.Where are the action photos of you, Crawler$$$ and Jan swinging the hammer on your D2?
Like some say, photographs, or it never happened... JM

Way to go, Angelo. I’m envious of your weather by the way. Yesterday I was working on my 22 in the snow trying to drain the bevel gear case but it had water in it that had frozen solid.

Thanks Pete, it was a big job for me because I have never needed to "split" my tractor before. The key is to have the proper lifting tools and wood cribbing. The weather was 80 degrees when I replaced the clutch and a very nice 75 degrees when I was disking. It ran like a champ yesterday, i just hope the clutch does not destroy itself again!

Making my own fun today at mom’s downtown farm.
My poor D4E needed a jump start from being idle so long. That’s my pet peeve. Jump starts are a no no here.
A friend and new member has been diligently working on his new to him 5U. I will allow him to chime in on his new found fun.
The doggone 62 series was ready to work though! JM

Look at it this way Angelo, the next time the clutch disk teeth shed themselves, you'll know exactly what to do, all the fasteners will loosen easily, and you'll be in and out in half the time : )
Cheers,
