I'm doing the service work on there sidebooms and 977L track loader, you guys think yer D2's n 4's hold a lot of oil, lol.

I can relate to that, 20L drums of oil don't go very far on D8's either 😬.
The 977L is a mighty machine in competent hands. In the right conditions track loaders are a very productive piece of equipment.
I know nothing about sidebooms, is the 583 based on the D8 tractor? What series of tractor are they?

These are K model 583's. similar to the D8K, non oscillating track frames.
