Does anybody have a picture of what should be on top of the vacuum tank. I belive I am missing something, but unsure by looking at the manual.

Is the blue circle just a plug that you can remove to add fuel? And is the red circle a vent or is it a check valve of some sort. The manual is not very clear. Thanks

Thank you that helps me understand how this works. With any luck it will be running by the end of the day.

The good news is, I got it to draw fuel, but now it still don't run right. It seem like the carburetor adjustments don't do anything. According to the book the idle should start at 1/2 turn out and high speed at 1-1/8 and adjust from there. It almost seems to be flooding. Have double checked float level and seems good. Any ideas. Thanks
