hello gwh,the s/n 3D446 is a no 4 hi-way patrol built from 1932 -42 ,hand control ,weight 1600 pounds ,sorry i cannot give you ex yrs ,bruce oz

What I can find is a NO 4 Hi-Way Patrol, built 1932-1942. Hope this helps. catskinner
