Thanks for posting the photos. ROME K/G is right - the serial # is 4T6826, not the 3F that the tank museum seems to think.

Interesting cable unit on the back - looks more like a winch than a cable control unit and there are no signs of a hard nose of lift sheave mounts on the front, maybe never had a blade.

I would think $1000 to $2000 tops, basically scrap minus shipping, might be some good parts on it, undercarriage looks pretty thin and it's overall pretty worn, unless it is of special value due to its age or company of manufacture.

The value to the museum is probably more than an "auction" value as it is a tractor made in the same plant as the one that made the tanks.Lucky to find one dropped in their lap.

It has a very unique ACF Logo stamped in the sheet metal

My guess by the trunnions is maybe a Letoureau blade or a copy with the over head cable. I guess if the winch brand was know that could give a clue as what brand the blade might have been. That left side sprocket is about as far used as you can get. So no blade, poor to very poor undercarriage, and it does not run??? From this side of the screen not much. From a historic prospective, a lot more. So anywhere from scrap to $10,000 could be argued.

the only honest answer. what the buyer is willing to pay and the seller receive.

but a machine that doesnt run has worn out track gear is really worth a little more than its weight in scrap. what changes that is there wasnt many made and its fairly complete.

id say about 2 grand over scrap price.

3F1636 is just the part number of the ID plate.
If I had to guess on the winch I'd say early Carco (Canada Car and Foundry) lineage.
But I don't have a model number or literature.
