As promised, managed to score this D4 ag tractor, U/C is about 50% or so. Apart from the ugly paint job, Pony starts pretty good and main runs beautifully. Chasing a few implements for it, would love to find a tool bar blade for it but probably tough in Australia, same with a 40 scraper but I heard they weren’t sent down under. Hope I managed to attach the pictures right.

Could anyone tell me if there is meant to be a plug in this threaded hole. Thanks in advance

Simple answer yes, it has a cork (5b7267) in it to protect the thread.

No.40 scrapers were sent to NZ but not Oz. Your 7u looks pretty tidy. Where are you?

Nice looking tractor!

i like the hydrualics set up. looks to be reasonably looked after. fitting the aftermarket pre cleaner must be a common thing the original with glass jar was probably a bit fragile. there certainly easier to get if you break it.

Thats, showing it has a standard transmission gear arrangement.

thanks Rome K/G, I found when I drained the injection pump, the oil was virtually diesel, but very dark. Looks like there is a seal requiring a change out.
