Hello everyone!
I've got my 933f torn down to repair the pi ion hub. Now that I have the tracks apart, i see the bushings on the left track are worn through to the pins. Can the bushings be replaced or would a replacement track be an easier/ cheaper recommendation? Just trying to get things lined out when it's time to put everything ba k together! Thanks for your time.

Cheaper to get new rails, labor is to the moon and back. Check with a Komatsu dealer, they may carry Berco track parts. Part # CR2638/[number of links] example CR2638/35

pins and bushes is a common replacement o tracked machines.
yes you might be able to get a secondhand track chain in good nick cheap. the cost is labor with a track press.

I’ll add another vote for good used or new replacement track as the best option - although expensive, you’ll likely end up spending just as much trying to (1) source new pins and bushings and then (2) the labor and hassle involved in getting them into your old links - then add the downtime on top of it and it’ll probably end up costing you more in the long run than just laying out the $$$ for new and be done with it quick. This coming from a guy that has 4 new aftermarket sets of D2 track chains sitting in the shed, but is 3/4 of the way through doing a pin & bushing turn anyway on a lightly used set of original Cat chains to keep that particular tractor in all “OEM” components 😬 Between building my own press, getting rusty and dirty every day, and hoping nothing explodes under full pressure, I can just about guarantee this is the only P&B turn I’ll ever do.

Thanks to everyone responding. I'm learning pretty quick that a good deal on a machine may be on the seller's side. I like working on equipment but parts are fairly hard to find and not cheap! Thanks again!

where in the world are you. if your in aus or new zealand i would try tillys crawler parts at toowoomba. they specialise in cat, komatsu and hitachi equipment. they also stock berco parts. they send worldwide but the freight is the problem.

Thank you Trainzkid88. I'm in South/Central USA in Arkansas. I'm sure the parts are out there, just finding them will be the problem.

Is tracks-n-teeth the best (aka cheapest with decent shipping and availability) in the U.S. for Berco?
Cheers,
