That would have been the 'uniform' back then - still is for this little black duck. That video was shot some 20 miles in from the coast about 1/3 of the way up the East coast of Australia.

they dont log that area anymore. all logging in nation park and state forrest ended in the late 90s early 2000's in nsw. i have photos of the tallest known tree in the southern hemisphere called the grandis its a eyucalypt grandis over 100m tall
