24 volt starter was created by jgmachine

Have a 1957 D4-7U that was once a direct start, but when I bought it, it just had pony engine rope start. Can anyone tell me what type starter gear this tractor takes. Have been trying to locate a 24 volt starter with a helix drive that will fit this tractor..
Appreciate any information on this. Thanks a heap.

Unless you can find an original inertia drive Delco 40MT starter it takes a custom conversion.
