Track Roller Lube

Hello All:
I am in the process of putting a pre WW II  D8 back in service after many years in the bush. Years ago I had a 1H it required track roller lube, which was easy to find back then. Now I ask around and no one has ever heard of it. It does not show up on major petroleum company lubricant web pages. Any advice and guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff

Assuming it has the original type rollers with button head fittings, you would use #00 grease or known in the trades as corn head grease. It is not as thick as regular gun grease. You would also use a volume pump to prevent overfilling the rollers and ruining the seals.
